Dr. Thomas Cunningham O.D.

Dr. Cunningham attended Wayne State University and graduated from Ferris State College of Optometry. He has been in practice since 1985. He enjoys downtown Ann Arbor with his wife, Mary Beth who he's been married to for 28 years. They have 4 grown children. Dr. Cunningham is an avid golfer and enjoys all sports and travel.

Dr. Jeffrey Rautio O.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Rautio graduated from The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and has been in practice for 26 years. Prior to opening the CVC Vision Center—Ann Arbor, he practiced at Henry Ford Hospital—West Bloomfield where he served as the team optometrist for the Detroit Lions. More recently, he spent the last 12 years as the Director of Refractive Surgery and Optometric Services for two world-renowned ophthalmologists in Southeastern Michigan.

Dr. Rautio specializes in comprehensive adult and pediatric vision care, with a special interest in dry eye and glaucoma management, diabetic eye health exams, and specialty contact lenses. He has a well-trained staff available to help you with all of your eye care needs, including a full-service optical with over 600 new fashion frames and accessories. He is also the Founder and Director of the Dry Eye Institute of Michigan and the Glaucoma Institute of Michigan at CVC Vision Center.

Nicolette Dwarzski: General Manager

Nikki has worked for Cunningham Vision Centers since 1992. She can be found in either of the offices on any given day. Nikki has been married to John for 35 years and has 4 wonderful children. She enjoys her rescued dogs, cats and birds. She lives in Adrian.

Lori Holmes: Office Manager for Saline

Lori has been with Cunningham Vision Centers since 2004. She resides in Tecumseh with her husband of eighteen years, Bill. She has five children and three grandchildren. When Lori isn't working she enjoys spending time spoiling her grandchildren and motorcycling with her husband. Favorite thing in the summer is to spend our time together with family at the lake and on their boat.

Stephanie Byrom: Saline Optician

Stephanie has worked for Cunningham Vision Centers for four years. She started here on her last year at Adrian College, graduating there with a Bachelors Degree in Science. She is engaged to be married to a six foot 4inch boyfriend of ten years. We wish her luck!

Kyle Pratt: Saline Optician

Kyle is our newest lab optician. Kyle will be working in Saline but occasionally visiting our Tecumseh office. Kyle is attending college and working for Cunningham Vision Centers full time. Kyle has a beautiful daughter Brooklynn who is two and a dog named Harlow.

Jenna Penterics: Saline Optician

Jenna is a graduate of Grand Vally State University with a degree in biomedical sciences. She is our new Optician and a wonderful asset to CVC. Jenna loves spending time with her husband Ryan, her dog (Gidget) and loves driving her big ford truck. In her spare time she loves visiting her grandparents in Hubbard Lake MI. Jenna is a friendly person who loves working with people, come in and meet our Jenna.

Emily Rus: Saline Pre-Testing Technician

Emily is currently studying at Washtenaw Communtiy College and working part time for CVC. When you come in, you are greeted by a friendly smile and a energetic young girl who will do your pretesting. Emily is bilingual in English and Romanian, is family oriented and loves spending her spare time with her sisters and her one brother. She is a sweet addition to CVC, so come in and see our Emily.

Danielle "Dani" Garcia: Tecumseh Optician

Danielle has worked for Cunningham Vision Centers for 4 years. She graduated from Morenci High School in 2005. When Danielle isn't working she likes spending time with her family and friends, and with her new little puppy, Lucy Lou.

Deb Slick: Tecumseh Optician

Deb has been employed by Cunningham Vision Centers for the past 3 years. She is from Ohio and after the loss of her first husband she met her second husband, married and moved to Onsted Michigan in 2006. She is the mom of 2 children and step-mom to 3 more. In her free time she enjoys going to Georgia to visit her son and to Minnesota to visit her husbands' boys. She also enjoys going to the cabin "up north" and boating on the lake.

Lindsay Gotelaere: Ann Arbor Optician

Lindsay grew up in Saline MI. She will be graduating from Eastern Michigan University in December, 2011 with a bachelors degree in buisness management. In her spare time she enjoys reading and collecting books.

Shelby Bowditch: Ann Arbor Optician

Shelby is our newest employee. She lives in Tecumseh and will be working at our Ann Arbor office. Shelby loves shopping and spending time with her two puppies, Abby and Lucy and hanging out with her niece and nephew.

Melanie Bressler: Saline/Tecumseh/Ann Arbor Insurance Coordinator

Mel has been with CVC one year. She lives in Tecumseh and works as the Insurance Coordinator for all three offices. In her spare time she loves watching movies, cooking and shopping.
